• Sign in to your Google account on the Find My Device page.
  • Google will provide a list of all of your cellphones, along with the Wi-Fi network they’re connected to and their current battery level.It will also plot your location on the map.
  • Play Sound, Secure Device, and Erase Device are the three options on the Find My Device page.
  • If you suspect you’ve misplaced your phone, press the Play Sound button. Even if you have your phone set to silent mode, it will ring loudly for 5 minutes even if you had your phone on silent mode.
  • The Secure Device option locks your phone and logs you out of your Google account. This aids in the security of your Google account’s data. You can also select to have a message or your phone number displayed on the lockscreen so that anyone who finds your phone can contact you.
  • The Erase Device option deletes all of the information on your lost phone. After you select this option, you won’t be able to find it using Find My Device, so be cautious when using it. We recommend that you use it only after you’ve exhausted the other two options.
